  • In addition to weight loss the major emphasis seems to be on the benefits to beauty, anti-aging and skincare.
  • It works by attacking inflammation, which is the basis of age-related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, auto immune disease, and wrinkled, sagging skin.
  • Food that is considered good - high quality protein, like that found in fish, colorful fresh fruits and vegetables, and adequate amounts of good fat, like that found in salmon, flax, nuts, seeds and olive oil.
  • Food that is considered the number one enemy - sugar.
  • If you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day - you are on the right track.
